Yes! The time to buy seats for this epic event is about to start (Feb 03) and I know alot of you will be interested in being there. Personally I shall be attending with ~7+ friends (Including DeMe and Bisshop). So if you live anywhere in the vicinity of Sweden don't hesitate. This is the worlds largest LAN and nothing to miss :P :D
The easiest method is to simply load up a family car or similar and just drive up there (Europe as you may know isnt that large) and even if you live down in France or Poland :P.
The winter event now consists of three large arenas where every participant has their own seat at their computer (60 deep and 83 cm wide) while the summer events of Elmia utilize the original D hall and one of the other halls. DHAB has also developed DreamHack Expo, which is a small fair within and outside of the premises. The event offers demo and gaming competitions, displayed on huge screens, while the expo gives opportunities to view and try the latest technical advances, take part of seminars and lectures, go for miscellaneous competitions or try an outdoor activity like bungee jumping, lasertag and kart racing.
Attendees' ages range from elementary school to senior citizens, and ten percent are female. People arrive from all over the world, including America and the United Arab Emirates to participate.
